Volunteering Requirements
The district now requires volunteers/parents who will be unsupervised with students to complete a criminal record check. The online process can take 3-4 weeks to be cleared for field studies and driving. If you anticipate being available or interested in attending any field studies throughout the year, we recommend starting the process early. Cleared CRCs are valid for 5 years.
Please note that parents must have a valid Criminal Record Check to accompany any field trips.

Once you receive a link from the Criminal Records Review Program, please complete it as soon as possible. Links expire after 14 days. If you have children at multiple schools, please complete a form for each school. If your children attend only one school, please only complete the form one time.
